What Happens in Mediation?
Your mediation is voluntary and confidential. What happens in the mediation cannot be used in litigation of the matters discussed in mediation. Mediation is voluntary. Your mediator(s) are neutral third-parties with no authority to decide any issues or force you to agree to anything in the mediation.
Our approach is designed to make the mediation process as helpful and efficient as possible. We’ll address the issues and take each in turn to review options to resolve the same.

What does Mediation Cost?
We charge $75 per party per hour for mediation services with a minimum payment up front for two (2) hours.
