I had a very prompt response time from the office to schedule my consultation call. They were very informative, from the man who to my initial information (Didn't catch name), to Leslie Shafer who was my legal consultant. Leslie was kind and very up front about any fees or payment as well as answered all of my questions and explained the process thoroughly.
