Gary is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex family law matters with practical guidance, steady advocacy, and a client-centered approach. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in family law and 15 years in criminal law, he understands that legal challenges often have a profound impact on individuals and families. He is committed to providing thoughtful counsel and effective representation while helping clients move forward with confidence.
Before joining Burnham Law, Gary built a diverse legal career serving clients in family law, criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, and dependency matters. He has represented adults and children in sensitive cases, served as a guardian ad litem and attorney for incapacitated adults and minors, and advocated for clients in a wide range of court proceedings. Gary also served as a Presiding Magistrate for the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, where he gained valuable judicial perspective that continues to inform his approach to client advocacy. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those he represents through compassionate counsel, practical solutions, and dedicated advocacy.
Outside the office, Gary enjoys golfing, spending time with his eight grandchildren, and cheering on the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona State Sun Devils.
