Allison is based out of the Colorado Springs office. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. She worked full-time while attending law school in the evening at the Georgia State University College of Law, earning her JD in 2009.

Allison was born in Texas and moved with her family to Colorado for her Father’s job when she was 7 years old. From there, Allison, then age 13, and her family moved to Georgia when her Mother began working for The Coca-Cola Company. After completing both her undergrad and law degrees in Georgia, and after not having a good hair day for 16 years, Allison decided she had enough of the heat and humidity of  Georgia. Allison decided to move back to Colorado to take the Bar Exam and practice Law.

Allison started her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in the 4th Judicial District of Colorado. In that role she prosecuted misdemeanors, traffic offenses, juvenile offenses, and sex offenses. Allison then transitioned to Honeywell as a Senior Contracts Representative for the Satellite Control Network Contract (SCNC). In that role, Allison worked closely with contract specialists in the United States Air Force. After the SCNC ended, Allison began practicing Family Law, which she found to be her true passion. Allison has exclusively practiced Family Law since 2015.

Allison brings compassion and empathy to the practice of Family Law. She understands that this is often a difficult and stressful time for clients. Allison explains the legal process to clients every step of the way to ensure that her clients understand what is happening and why. She wants her clients to feel prepared and secure in their representation and she endeavors to avoid surprises whenever possible. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and believes in telling clients the good, the bad, and the indifferent about her analysis of the issues in their case. Allison always tries to settle cases for clients whenever possible; however, if push comes to shove she is an experienced litigator who isn’t afraid to go to court.

When she isn’t working, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and her two dogs, Axel (maltese)
and Cheyenne (Shepherd-Cattle Dog mix).
