Stephanie Randall is the Chief Executive Officer of Burnham Law, a renowned Family Law Practitioner, Child and Family Investigator, and Child Expert Witness with a passion for child advocacy, management strategy, and complex family law matters. She co-authored Military Divorce in Colorado: Colorado’s Rules for Dividing Military Retirement Pensions & Property in a Divorce, acted as senior editor for the nation’s most cited family law publication (ABA’s Family Law Quarterly), served as Child’s Legal Representative across multiple jurisdictions, and has represented children pro bono as Guardian ad Litem for the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.

EXPERT CHILD ADVOCACY

As a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law and former family law and personal injury litigation paralegal, Stephanie’s knowledgeable advocacy and fearless representation in complex family law matters and personal injury cases translate into outstanding results both in and out of the courtroom. Stephanie is regularly invited to present at local Continuing Legal Education seminars, speaking on child therapist-patient privilege, protection orders, domestic violence, and strategies in domestic violence cases.

Raised in Florida, Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from Milligan College, graduating with a minor in Legal Studies. She acquired a Paralegal AS degree with honors, received her J.D., served as a law clerk for the Honorable Hübler of the Denver District Court, and interned with the Children and Family Unit of Colorado Legal Services.

Stephanie has been honored for her excellence in the community, winning the Avvo™ Client’s Choice Award, a three-time Super Lawyers™ Rising Stars recipient, named among Colorado Springs Top Attorneys, and Martindale Hubbel™ AV High Ethical Standing and Preeminent Lawyers. She is a respected member of the Denver Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section.

COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP

Stephanie serves on the board of Meador’s Master’s Foundation, a non-profit that unites the power of community by raising funds to aid victims of natural disasters and serve others in need in the U.S. and abroad. She also serves as Vice Chair of The Justice Center, a non-profit El Paso County bar organization that works to decrease the gap in access to justice and legal services by providing free legal clinics, connecting applicants to free and reduced-cost attorneys, and participating in community access-to-justice events.

Based in the Colorado Springs office, Stephanie spends her spare time attending Colorado festivals, serving as a musician and vocalist with the worship band at her local church, and enjoying movies, reading, swimming, traveling, computer gaming, and spending time with family and friends.
