Conor Stewartson

Associate Attorney - Domestic Relations and Criminal Defense Colorado Springs

Conor is an associate attorney based out of our Colorado Springs office. A Colorado native, Conor graduated from the University of Colorado with his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. He remained in Boulder for another three years and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2016 with distinction for his hundreds of hours of pro bono work and with awards for trial advocacy.

After graduation, Conor accepted a position with the notoriously conflict-heavy Colorado Springs office of the Colorado State Public Defender. As a Deputy State Public Defender, Conor tried 35 criminal jury trials in his first year. Throughout his tenure as a public defender, he tried over 75 criminal jury trials ranging from First Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and Sexual Assault on a Child, to Driving Under the Influence and misdemeanor Domestic Violence.

Following his tenure as a public defender, Conor adapted his aggressive litigation style to the Family Law field in the private sector. While he is always ready to fight in Court, Conor prides himself on his negotiation skills and always tries to negotiate the best results for his clients. Today, Conor represents clients faced with child custody concerns, divorce matters, and criminal allegations of all types.

When out of court, Conor spends his time with his long-term girlfriend and their two corgis, Waldorf and Pippa. He once bought a one-way ticket to Tokyo three days before departure and spent the duration of his visitor visa exploring the country one day at a time.
