Anyone who regularly travels on I-25 knows that motor vehicle accidents are a common occurrence on the high-speed highway. The March 8, 2023, morning commute demonstrated why I-25 has the reputation of being a dangerous roadway.
At approximately 10:30 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation reported a crash in northern Colorado between CO 402 and CO 60 near Loveland. The crash caused a temporary closure of southbound lanes on I-25.
Also, during the morning commute, a crash occurred at I-25 and Exit 187 (Happy Canyon Road). The crash caused the temporary closure of northbound lanes on I-25.
