The Wyoming Highway Patrol is reporting that a 41-year-old Wyoming man has died from a
traffic crash that occurred on December 10, 2022. The crash occurred 27 miles west of Gillette,
Wyoming when the man was driving eastward in an oilfield service pickup and collided with a
slow-moving semi that was also headed east in the right-hand lane. After the collision, the
oilfield service pickup became fully engulfed in fire. The crash was the seventh fatal crash in
Campbell County, Wyoming in 2022.
