Law enforcement affidavits allege that on March 17, 2023, Naftan Itosy hit a woman with his car, fled the scene, and was eventually arrested by police. Upon arrest, Itosy allegedly showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking alcohol prior to driving. The victim was flown via medivac to a hospital in Denver for the treatment of her serious injuries. Itosy is now facing criminal charges of vehicular assault, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.
