Colorado is a No Fault state which means that fault, relative to the reasons behind the divorce, are irrelevant. Courts don’t want to hear it. Courts want to focus on the things that matter to them which are resolving the case, adjudicating the matter, and getting the kids in the best position possible. If your spouse cheated on you for the entire length of the marriage and he/she is a person of questionable character, it simply doesn’t matter. It’s irrelevant to the court and it doesn’t matter to them.
